Guests without a UN grounds pass must RSVP with their full name to be put on a list. On the day of the event, enter the UN at 46th St. and First Avenue by 5:30 pm to allow sufficient time. Photo ID required.
Guests with a UN grounds pass will require an additional special event pass to access the ECOSOC Room. Enter the North Lawn Building through security clearance on 46th St. and First Avenue to obtain a special event tag.

Bolivia hostels
If you’re looking for nice and cheap places to stay in La Paz, Santa Cruz, Cochabamba, wherever in Bolivia to attend one of those very interesting meetings, I know! I was at the climate changes meeting in Cochabamba last May! anyway I recommend you to check http://www.napopo.com they have large selection of hostels, hotels, casa de huespedes….
