Keith Lampe
The most holistic approach to sustainable development obviously is that of tapping our ubiquitous home-planet ether for our future energy needs. This is usually referred to as zero-point (ZP) energy and a good introduction to it is available in an interview of physicist Adam Trombly called The Truth About Zero Point Technology at http://projectearth.com/HTML/Articles/zp_tech.html .
Also no other approach could possibly be more in harmony with nature.
